Job Title: Cancer Center Triage RN- Hematology/Oncology Location: Remote Department: Hematology/Oncology Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: $89,019 - $109,964 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

The Cancer Center Triage RN is responsible for receiving incoming calls from Hematology/Oncology patients and their caregivers, physicians, and healthcare organizations. Using the nursing process and EMR-embedded triage protocols, the nurse will assess the patient, facilitate communication with providers, and offer appropriate options for care. The role encompasses nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families across the healthcare continuum.
