Remote OB/GYN Triage Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our remote telephone triage team, who has extensive ob/gyn experience in a busy medical practice or clinical setting. As a remote telephone triage nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care over the phone. Your primary goal will be to ensure that patients receive the appropriate medical attention they need in a timely and efficient manner. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality of care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a part-time 1099 contract position with on-the-job remote training and requires an active Alaska license. The hours you will need to be available to work are between 12-8p EST/9-5p PST Monday - Friday. Every Wednesday 12-5p EST/9-5p PST and availability to work Tuesday or Thursday between these hours. 8-24 hours per week

Conduct remote patient assessments and provide telephone triage to patients in need of medical attention Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Process prescription refills and prior authorizations for medications Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Provide patient education and counseling on various health topics Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
