1099 Full-Time RN/LPN Compact Nurse

This is a full-time remote position for a Bilingual Spanish-speaking RN or LPN with Compact licensure, working as a 1099 independent contractor. You must be willing to obtain a California license. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care through telehealth, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare providers, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, educating patients and families, conducting chronic care and remote patient monitoring follow-ups, and supporting patients between provider visits. This position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, comfortable managing a caseload, and confident conducting patient outreach and follow-up calls.
