Our healthcare brand Shield of Odin is seeking a mission-driven and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our elite team of providers delivering high-impact care for U.S. veterans and concierge medicine members. This position blends two core responsibilities: conducting Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams, and managing the ongoing care of members enrolled in our Membership program. Providers work remotely with flexible schedules while making a tangible difference in the lives of those they serve.

Key Responsibilities: Veterans Disability Examinations (DBQ & C&P): Conduct thorough virtual medical evaluations using VA-standardized forms. Accurately assess medical history, functional limitations, and symptomatology. Produce timely and detailed reports that support medical nexus determinations. Maintain full compliance with VA guidelines, documentation standards, and deadlines. Educate veterans on their conditions and ensure clear communication during evaluations. Concierge Medicine Membership Care: Provide virtual primary and wellness care to Shield of Odin concierge members. Manage chronic conditions, provide preventive health guidance, and coordinate prescriptions and referrals. Maintain continuity of care and proactive follow-ups to support long-term health outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
