Day shift/ M-F have availability to work 7a-7p. 8 hours for 5 days a week required. Unit/Location: Fully Remote/ Work from home Preferred Qualifications: Triage nursing and experience leading teams . Additional Information: This position will oversee all Canyons Medical Group Primary Care clinics. This role involves working two days as a triage RN and three days in an administrative capacity. Administrative responsibilities include education, quality assurance monitoring, scheduling, staffing, etc.

The Medical Group Nurse Manager reports to a Market or Service Line Nurse Director and participates with the Service Line or Market Leaders to ensure a successful execution of strategy and collaboration within operations and clinical care. The manager builds and supports provider and employee engagement in promoting a culture of patient and employee safety, quality of patient care and customer experience. Partners with Service Line or Market Leaders, Operations and Medical leaders to ensure system wide standards for care are defined, implemented, followed and tracked and that clinical care aligns with the vision and strategy of the Medical Group
