Telemental Wellness Platform for Youth (Ages 10–22) $75/hr | 1099 Contractor | Fully Remote | Flexible Schedule We are seeking a California-licensed Nurse Practitioner (e.g., PMHNP, FNP, PNP) to serve as an Assistant Program Director supporting our digital Wellness Nurse Program. TAMMIRA® is a youth telemental health wellness platform offering livestream 1:1 and group sessions to help young people build healthy identity, resilience, and emotional well-being. As Assistant Program Director, you will work closely with the Program Director to supervise California-licensed RNs, review clinical documentation and youth mental-health prevention screeners, ensure compliance with state standards, and help shape care delivery and psychoeducational content for youth. Ideal for NPs who want leadership experience, flexible virtual hours, and the ability to shape digital youth behavioral-health innovation without medication management. Clinical Oversight: Supervise & support RNs providing virtual psychoeducation and wellness support. Review screening tools and documentation (PHQ-9, ASQ, Columbia, GAD, AUDIT, CRAFFT). Participate in weekly interdisciplinary case reviews. Ensure documentation meets California & HIPAA requirements. Program & Team Support: Assist the Program Director with program implementation, quality improvement, safety protocols and workflow enhancements. Support nurse onboarding, training, and evaluation. Serve as back-up program lead when Director is unavailable. Host and/or supervise livestreamed events as needed. Youth Support & Advocacy: Act as a clinical advocate for youth users. Support referrals and escalation to clinical services outside TAMMIRA's scope when needed. Maintain a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, adolescent-centered approach.
