Job Description: • Work intensely as a telephonic case manager with patients and their care team • Apply clinical judgment to incorporate strategies designed to reduce risk factors • Assess benefits and member’s needs to ensure appropriate administration of benefits • Perform medical necessity reviews • Consult with clinical colleagues, supervisors, and Medical Directors Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse • 1+ years’ experience in a hospital setting • The nurse must support members across multiple states • Active multistate license through the Nurse Licensure Compact if residing in a compact state • Individual state-specific RN license for non-compact states • 1+ years’ experience documenting electronically using a keyboard • 1+ years’ current or previous experience in Oncology Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Paid time off • Retirement savings options • Wellness programs
