CDI Education Specialist

We are seeking a CDI Educator (RN, BSN) to join our team. This role focuses on developing and delivering educational programs to enhance the knowledge and performance of CDI specialists, coders, and clinical staff. You will play a key role in promoting best practices, ensuring compliance, and strengthening documentation quality.

Develop and deliver CDI education and training materials (live sessions, virtual modules, written resources) Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to CDI specialists on documentation improvement, coding alignment, and query writing Stay updated on regulatory changes, coding guidelines, and clinical best practices; integrate updates into educational content Conduct audits and assessments to identify knowledge gaps and recommend targeted training Collaborate with leadership, CDI, coding, and physician teams to drive performance improvement and compliance
