We are seeking 5 experienced and certified Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Specialists to support an urgent, high-impact project. This is a remote, full-time contract role suited for Registered Nurses (RNs) or Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) who hold CDI certifications and have a proven background in inpatient clinical documentation review. Conduct thorough reviews of inpatient medical records to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant documentation. Collaborate with physicians and care teams to clarify clinical documentation and support accurate coding. Identify opportunities to improve documentation that impacts reimbursement, risk adjustment, and quality reporting. Apply CDI best practices to ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards. Meet established productivity and accuracy metrics within project deadlines.
