Position Title: Clinical Nurse Chart Abstractor Work Location: Remote Assignment Duration: 5 Months Work Schedule: M-F 8 AM – 5 PM Position Summary: Accurately and efficiently conduct electronic medical record abstraction services.

Accurately abstract information from the electronic medical record into the electronic data capture tool. Complete quality and accuracy testing as requested in a timely manner. Abide by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements.
