Requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications) Active certification or license as an LPN, CMA, RMA, or EMT Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting related to certification Ability to comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA regulations Excellent communication skills for effective patient interactions Strong documentation skills in electronic medical records (EMR) How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working in a call center environment within healthcare Familiarity with medical terminology and patient scheduling processes Additional certifications relevant to patient access or healthcare services
