We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a U.S.-based, fully remote healthcare team focused on providing accessible, high-quality mental health care for women. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care across reproductive and postpartum stages, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based psychotherapy. You will have the autonomy to manage your patient caseload while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized, patient-centered care. Job Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning. • Provide ongoing medication management, including initiating, monitoring, and adjusting psychotropic medications. • Provide psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, IPT, or other appropriate modalities. • Support women experiencing mental health concerns across reproductive and postpartum stages. • Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care. • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication management. • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. • Facilitate referrals to appropriate mental health providers, services, and community resources when needed. • Participate in case consultations, clinical discussions, and supervision meetings. • Work independently while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with the remote care team.
