• Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner- Remote Weekend + PRN • Location: Remote • Duration: 6 Months+ Highly Possible Extension • Shift: Day Shift- Weekend + PRN Note: Must have at least three licenses in – CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA WI, WV Job Description: Must have at least three licenses in – CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA WI, WV We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care through a fully remote telehealth platform. The provider will independently assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients while collaborating with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Patients may range from 18 months and older. All patient encounters will be documented in an electronic health record (EHR). Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning. • Provide primary care, acute care, chronic care, and transitional care services. • Provide patient education and counseling, including preventive care, STI prevention, contraception, pregnancy prevention, and medication management. • Respond to patient healthcare questions and promote health maintenance. • Accurately document all patient encounters and clinical activities in the EHR. • Coordinate patient care with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and PHI requirements. • Deliver excellent patient service and promote patient engagement and satisfaction. • Work independently, prioritize responsibilities, solve problems, and advocate for patients. • Adapt to changing patient-care models, services, and operational requirements. • Participate in professional development and continuing education. • Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with patients and healthcare colleagues. • Complete required clinical and administrative tasks associated with telehealth operations. Required Qualifications • Master's degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program. • Must have at least three licenses in – CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA WI, WV • Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. • Current, unrestricted state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse/NP. • Ability to obtain additional state licenses and compact/multistate privileges as required. • Minimum 2 years of medically relevant experience. • Current BLS certification. • Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively without direct supervision. • Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and critical-thinking skills. • Proficiency with EHR and healthcare information technology. • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. • Must have at least three licenses in – CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA WI, WV Pay: $75.00 - $77.00 per hour Benefits: • Referral program Experience: • Family Nurse Practitioner: 1 year (Preferred) • Nurse Practitioner: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
