We help people get to the root cause of what's holding their health back — through advanced testing, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medically supervised weight loss, and personalized, whole-person care. Who You Are You're an experienced functional medicine clinician who already lives in this world. You interpret advanced labs with confidence, build individualized hormone and peptide protocols, and guide patients from confusion to clarity. You're comfortable practicing autonomously over telehealth, you communicate warmly and clearly on camera, and you're excited to grow with a practice that shares your root-cause philosophy. What You'll Do This is a fully remote, patient-facing telemedicine role. You will: • Conduct virtual new-patient consultations and follow-ups, guiding patients through their care with clarity and warmth • Interpret advanced and functional lab panels and build individualized, root-cause treatment plans • Prescribe and manage hormone optimization protocols (estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, thyroid, and related therapies) • Prescribe and manage peptide therapies and medically supervised weight loss (including GLP-1s) • Apply functional and integrative approaches: lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and root-cause protocols • Guide patients into the wellness program that fits their needs, and support their progress over time • Document thoroughly and accurately, and maintain continuity so patients always know their next step What We Require (Non-Negotiable) Do not apply unless you meet all of the following: • Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license (we are not accepting out-of-state-only candidates and are not offering visa sponsorship) • Active DEA registration • Demonstrated, hands-on experience prescribing hormones and peptides in a functional or integrative medicine setting — this is required, not preferred • Comfort practicing autonomously in a telemedicine environment Nice to Have • Experience with medically supervised weight loss / GLP-1s • Experience with advanced functional lab interpretation (e.g., DUTCH, GI-MAP, micronutrient panels) • Familiarity with regenerative medicine • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Who Thrives Here • Driven — a real sense of initiative; looks for what's next rather than waiting to be told • Humble — owns mistakes, shares credit, and takes feedback as a gift • Smart with people — warm, professional, and a clear communicator, on camera and off The Details ✅ Location: Fully remote (must be licensed in Texas and able to see Texas patients) ✅ Schedule: Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow as the practice expands ✅ Compensation: $65–$85/hour, based on experience — higher end for candidates with strong functional medicine, hormone, and peptide backgrounds ✅ Performance bonuses: Available — we reward the people who help our patients and our practice thrive ✅ Growth: A place to put down roots and build, not just another shift How to Apply (Please Read Carefully) We'd love to meet the human behind the credentials — so instead of just a resume, here's what we ask: • Send a 2–3 minute Loom video introducing yourself and telling us about your hands-on experience prescribing hormones and peptides in a functional medicine setting — the specifics of what you've managed and the results you've seen. • Attach your resume.
