To support preventive healthcare initiatives, the part-time Georgia Licensed Telehealth RN will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on patient education, health assessments, and collaboration with supervising physicians in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines Review and update patient medical histories, including medication lists and risk factors for chronic diseases Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans based on individual needs Required qualifications Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA Must be fully bi-lingual in Korean and English Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in a primary care or telehealth setting Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth technology
