Maintain accurate documentation and medical records Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists Partner with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualification: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP) Current national certification (AANP or ANCC) Active, unrestricted NP license in SC.
