We are looking for friendly and skilled nurse practitioners to treat our geriatric patients with polychronic disease. Main focus is to improve the quality of life for our patients. • Telehealth visits conducting wellness assessments and assisting patients with enrolling in benefits • Ordering necessary tests and medications • collaborating with patient's other providers • Some in-home visits will be needed with some patients Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm 💼 Type: Locums-to-Perm 💰 Rate: Discuss by Phone + mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile 👥 Patient Volume: 3–7 patients/day 🖥 EMR: Athena • Active WA NP license, BC, BLS, and DEA • 2+ years of direct patient care as an NP • In-home care and geriatric experience required • Nephrology experience is a big plus! • 100% Malpractice Paid • Paid Weekly
