Licensed Practical Nurse (Part-Time)

We are seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Florida to join our growing remote care team. This is a telecommute position focused on providing virtual support to Medicare and Medicaid patients across the state. If you're a detail-oriented LPN who enjoys care coordination and patient education, we want to hear from you.

Deliver patient-centered nursing care via telehealth platforms. Monitor health conditions, administer care instructions, and manage follow-up virtually. Collaborate with care teams to ensure accurate treatment planning and continuity of care. Educate patients and families on medication, disease management, and preventive care. Record care activity, vital signs, and follow-ups using an electronic health record (EHR). Support Medicare and Medicaid patients and assist with documentation and billing workflows.
