Start date May 18th or as soon as credentialed Month to Month with the option to extend (Jefferson County, Franklin County, St. Louis County) Position Highlights: Full-time only (40 hours/week) Monday–Friday 8 am-5 pm with a 1-hour lunch One-hour lunch break included Equipment will be mailed out and provided by the client 70% telehealth, 30% Home health, will schedule home health visits within a 30-mile radius of the provided address MUST BE COMFORTABLE SEEING PEDIATRICS AND ADULTS Schedules are released 2–3 weeks in advance, so the NP can get familiar with the patients. Paid for a full day regardless of patient volume (providers must enter availability into Salesforce to be paid for the full day) 1–3 hours of paid orientation, all additional ongoing education modules are expected to be completed during downtime within working hours Must be enrolled/Credentialed in Medicare Role Overview: For telehealth, the NP should expect 12-14 per day on their schedule. If only doing in-home visits, they should expect 6-7.
