Since 2001, Quest Diagnostics has been offering biometric health screenings to employers across the United States. With nationwide lab access and insights from clinical data, Quest Diagnostics is now the nationās leading provider of health screenings and related population health solutions. Each year, Quest touches the lives of more than 3.5 million employees and hosts nearly 36,000 worksite screening events. The employer population health team from Quest operates out of four main offices (Lenexa, KS; Novi, MI; Collegeville, PA; and Leeās Summit, MO), and serves over 5,500 employers. Quest Diagnostics offers population health solutions that enable employers to leverage screening insights to identify chronic disease risks, connect employees to needed in-network care, and empower better health. Quest Diagnostics uses this three-prong approach to develop and offer solutions that help employers focus on the Triple Aim and transforming the health of their employee populations. Identification through health screenings is the first step, with a variety of testing available to access chronic disease risk. Connect-to-care solutions from Quest help alleviate barriers by matching at-risk employees with well-being resources available to improve the patient experience and quality of care. Quest also offers solutions that empower employees to improve their health by focusing on health improvement, sustainable lifestyle change, and risk management. Population-level engagement reports for all programs provide data-driven insights about the organizationās health status. These insights serve as the foundation for continuous improvement in employee well-being offerings and benefits planning which leads to healthier, happier employees and a lower healthcare spend.
