Job Description: • Provide telephonic professional nursing services in support of client-funded contracts • Make outbound calls to patients enrolled in patient programs and provide ongoing phone support • Receive inbound calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers • Answer questions and suggest appropriate patient resources • Make referrals for training, support groups, program materials, literature, and physician follow-up • Assemble accurate, timely, and clear data and summarize follow-up calls, inquiries, and outcomes • Educate patients regarding product use • Participate in program-specific customer meetings, training sessions, and orientation meetings • Demonstrate clinical competency through electronic/written tests • Perform special projects and other contract-related duties Requirements: • Minimum associate degree and professional nursing license • Registered or Practical Nurse License (RN or LPN) in good standing in the state in which you work and/or cross-licensed in other states • Compact State License in eligible states, or willingness to obtain one when the state adopts Compact legislation • California State License, with willingness to obtain additional Single State Licenses upon request • 2–5 years’ experience • Basic database and office navigation skills • Ability to maintain high customer interaction/service skills with patients, prescribers, and specialty pharmacies by phone • Ability to multitask across PC- and phone-related tasks • Ability to adhere to approved scripted materials • Ability to interpret patient information and determine appropriate next steps Benefits: • Remote opportunities • Competitive salaries • Growth opportunities for promotion • 401K with company match* • Tuition reimbursement (after 90 days of employment) • Flexible work environment • 20 days PTO • Paid Holidays • Employee assistance programs • Medical, Dental, and vision coverage • HSA/FSA • Telemedicine (Virtual doctor appointments) • Wellness program • Adoption assistance • Short term disability (after 90 days of employment) • Long term disability • Life insurance • Discount programs
