(LPN) Virtual Nurse Coordinator

Schedule & Pay: Full-time, 40 hrs/week | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM (patient’s time zone). Orientation/Training (first 2 months): $20/hr. Monthly bonus potential up to $525. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll guide patients through their health journeys via monthly phone outreach, individualized care plans, and coaching on wellness, nutrition, and treatment goals.
