Job Description

**This position has the opportunity to be a hybrid position. You will be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility and must be able to come in for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana** Manages and contributes to the effective support and strategy of the team assigned to his/her leadership. Responsible for coordinating clinical system implementations and the 24/7 support to maintain clinical systems. Assigns projects to staff and monitors progress. Provides mentorship to team. Must possess the ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of internal and external customers. Provides input to policy regarding standards and budgetary constraints. Makes personnel decisions for all team members.

Requirements

Required: Three years healthcare systems in a clinical setting Bachelor Degree Registered Nurse (KY) Desired: One year management

Responsibilities

Completes various special projects, which may require reviewing/analyzing information to identify problems and prepare recommendations for resolutions Leads assigned team to identify schedules and oversee preventative maintenance for applications. Oversees integrated development work related to system upgrades. Evaluates group resource requirements including personnel, software, and equipment. Makes recommendations as indicated. Works collaboratively with users of the integrated information systems. Maintains relationships with the clinical communities to continue to improve the functionality of the information systems to support daily operations Leads assigned team to coordinate aspects of clinical system planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance, and evaluation of new and existing functionality.
