To support virtual clinics, the remote MN LPN Clinical Operations Specialist will optimize clinical workflows, manage incoming lab results, and collaborate with external vendors while working a part-time schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. Key responsibilities • Optimize and develop clinical workflows to enhance clinician and patient experiences • Receive, monitor, and analyze incoming lab results, following escalation procedures as needed • Collaborate with pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners to resolve escalated patient or partner issues Required qualifications • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in MN (compact license required) • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations • Experience in telemedicine • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including required on-call shifts • Experience with Epic EMR is a plus
