Nurse Practitioner – As needed - Mobile Acute Care (Ohio, 1099)

Review of RN documentation, telehealth evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing decision, and documentation. Angel on Duty Mobile Wellness is a structured RN-led mobile care practice launching in the Cleveland area, currently onboarding clinical collaborators in preparation for active patient scheduling. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for an NP seeking flexible, case-based work without fixed monthly obligations. NP MUST HAVE COLLABORATING PHYSICIAN Practice Model: Angel on Duty provides in-home nursing services throughout the Cleveland area, including: Health assessments Post-surgical recovery visits Postpartum support Chronic care monitoring Wound care Symptom-based acute visits Acute services at launch include: Uncomplicated UTI evaluation Vaginal symptom evaluation (BV, yeast, STI – swab-based testing only) Rapid strep testing Rapid flu/COVID testing Case-based chronic care escalation (e.g., BP medication review) No IV therapy. No hormone therapy. No controlled substances at this time. No blood draw services at launch.

RN Responsibilities: In-home assessment and triage Red flag screening Pregnancy testing when indicated CLIA-waived testing Specimen collection Documentation in Charm EHR Structured handoff to NP NP Responsibilities: Review RN documentation via Charm EHR Conduct telehealth evaluation when clinically indicated Establish prescriber-patient relationship Diagnose Prescribe Document medical decision-making Maintain compliance with Ohio Standard Care Arrangement
