These conditions have no settled guidelines — the field is being written right now, and you'd practice alongside clinicians writing it, including Dr. Jennifer Curtin and Dr. Stuart Malcolm. Direct physician mentorship is built into the role. You'll go deep on disease mechanisms, systems biology, off-label and n-of-1 treatments, and the specialized labs standard panels miss. Practice without the busywork. Before you see a patient, our AI has assembled the full clinical picture, drafted a candidate plan, surfaced contraindications, and flagged what's off in the labs. You start from a well-formed clinical question — not a pile of PDFs — with your time freed for what actually requires a clinician: the judgment. Shape how the platform thinks. What you'll do See patients in focused telehealth visits: interpret labs, refine treatment plans, prescribe within your scope of practice Bring a warm, adaptable presence to patients who have often been dismissed elsewhere — including those with brain fog, sensory sensitivities, or long histories to tell Approve, modify, or override AI-generated suggestions — full clinical autonomy, with physician collaboration where your state requires it Help shape clinical protocols and how AI gets used in real-world practice Who you are Required Board-certified NP (AANP or ANCC) — FNP, AGNP, or comparable primary care training 3+ years post-certification experience in Primary Care, Neurology, Cardiology, PM&R, or Functional Medicine Active, unrestricted APRN license; willing to add states (we handle the process and cost) Digital health experience (One Medical, Carbon Health, Fabric, Paloma, Midi, or similar) Excellent interpersonal skills: you build rapport quickly, adapt your style for patients with cognitive impairments or sensitivities, and tactfully hold boundaries so visits stay on track Intellectually curious, comfortable with unsettled clinical problems, and able to make a confident call Genuinely curious about AI in medicine — a sharp colleague to argue with, not a box to rubber-stamp Strong pluses Highly desirable: additional training in Functional Medicine (IFMCP, A4M, or comparable) Clinical experience with Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, MCAS, EDS, or dysautonomia (if new to you, structured onboarding will get you there) Personal lived experience with one of the conditions we treat Compact RN license, multi-state APRN licensure, or full-practice-authority states Is this the right fit?
