Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth) Compensation: $140/hour About EZ Health At EZ Health, we help older adults navigate the healthcare system so they can receive the care they need while remaining healthy and independent at home. Our team works closely with Medicare beneficiaries to identify medical, social, and environmental challenges that affect their health and connect them with the resources and support they need. We’re seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners who enjoy caring for older adults and are excited to provide high-quality virtual care in a flexible, remote environment. Position Details • Role: Telehealth Nurse Practitioner • Location: 100% Remote • Commitment: Minimum availability of 20 hours per week • Scheduling: Flexible scheduling based on your availability • Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation Providers are compensated on a per-visit basis: • $60 for each completed patient visit • $20 for patient no-shows Appointments are scheduled in 20-minute blocks, resulting in an average effective compensation of approximately $140 per hour. If you have very broad state licensure coverage, we may consider a higher rate. What You’ll Do As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide comprehensive virtual evaluations for Medicare patients and help develop care strategies that improve their overall well-being. Responsibilities include: • Complete virtual intake visits by video or telephone for adults age 65 and older • Assess medical conditions alongside social, behavioral, and environmental factors affecting health • Develop individualized care plans that support patients in remaining safely at home • Educate patients about their conditions, available resources, and recommended next steps • Collaborate with the broader care team to coordinate ongoing support Qualifications We’re looking for candidates who have: • Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in multiple states with independent practice authority in most states.
