Cape Fox subsidiary, Concentric Methods, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in support of a federal government client. The Nurse Practitioner performs advanced medical reviews and complex medical determinations for federal covered employees and applicants, collaborating with team and nurses on abnormal, complex, or non-standard cases, under physician/federal medical team oversight. This position is contingent upon award. Core Duties: • Perform advanced medical reviews of Annual Medical Re-Certification questionnaires, Fitness for Duty (FFD)/Family and Medical Leave Act records, and Transportation Security Officer applicant/reinstatement medical exam results in accordance with government protocols and medical guidelines. • Adjudicate and recommend medical qualification (pass/fail) determinations, escalating and resolving abnormal, complex, or non-standard cases in collaboration with the TSA Chief Medical Officer and nursing staff. • Prepare FFD determination letters for physician review and signature • Complete the medical disposition process, securely store medical data, and communicate results to appropriate government personnel through established processes • meeting the program's daily volume, accuracy (95%+ threshold), and completeness performance metrics • Support Equal Employment Opportunity/litigation case reviews and proactively recommend process improvements via quarterly reporting Requirements: • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree • Active, unrestricted license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia (with a BSN and an MSN or DNP) • Minimum of five (5) years of direct and relevant experience in clinical practice, occupational health, and advanced case management, including medical review, fitness for duty evaluations, and review of complex medical determinations . • Must pass TSO Personnel Security (PERSEC) vetting standards for public trust/suitability • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Pay: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • Master's (Required) Experience: • Occupational health: 5 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
