We are seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to join our growing telehealth team. This role offers the opportunity to provide accessible, high-quality care to patients of all ages through a fully remote platform. Location: Remote (U.S. based) Schedules Available: Full-Time: 40 hours/week Modified Full-Time: 32 hours/week Part-Time: 20 hours/week Shifts: 6–8 hours, scheduled in 4-week blocks Weekend rotation required

Deliver immediate, accessible care to patients with acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan Conduct comprehensive assessments including clinical history, diagnosis, prescriptions/refills, and wellness counseling Manage a wide range of conditions such as colds, flu, sore throats, rashes, UTIs, allergies, eye concerns, COVID, diabetes, hypertension, depression, and anxiety Order labs in coordination with national partners (LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics) Triage and refer patients as needed to appropriate levels of care Provide efficient virtual visits (average 9–12 minutes) through Athena EMR, maintaining the ability to see up to 4–5 patients per hour Participate in monthly peer chart reviews for quality assurance
