Role Overview We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join Luminum Health as an early clinical leader. This is a part-time monthly retainer role for someone who wants to help shape a new virtual care model from the ground up. In the early stage, we expect the time commitment to remain manageable, likely not exceeding 16 to 18 hours per month. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include: • Lead 1 to 2 monthly educational webinars for Luminum programs, beginning with Postpartum and PCOS • Support future program webinars as additional care programs are launched • Work closely with marketing and operations staff to create patient-friendly webinar topics, educational content, and program messaging • Provide virtual clinical video visits for patients as needed, including care review, medication guidance, labs, prescriptions, and referrals when appropriate • Conduct discovery calls with interested prospective patients to explain Luminum programs, understand their needs, answer basic program questions, and help guide them toward the right next step while staying within RN scope of practice. • Partner with Registered Nurses to guide care plans, review patient needs, and support escalation when clinical input is required for Postpartum, PCOS and other programs • Help refine program protocols, patient workflows, clinical documentation standards, and care pathways • Support launch readiness, patient education, and clinical quality as the platform grows • Bring a warm, professional, and patient-centered approach to all patient interactions Expected Time Commitment This is intended to be a flexible, part-time role during the initial growth phase. Expected commitment: • Approximately 16 to 18 hours per month. • Time may include webinars, patient video visits, clinical reviews, internal planning, and coordination with RN, marketing, and operations teams • The role may grow as patient volume increases and Luminum expands into additional programs Compensation Model We prefer a monthly retainer model during the early stage, with compensation increasing as patient volume grows. Our current and planned launch states include: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. We are looking for someone who is: • Passionate about postpartum care, PCOS, preventive care, wellness, and whole-person health • Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in Luminum’s launch states and future expansion states • Comfortable leading webinars via zoom and other video platforms and speaking to patients in a warm, approachable, educational way • Excited to help build a premium virtual care model from the ground up • Collaborative with nursing, marketing, and operations teams • Comfortable in a startup environment where workflows and programs will continue to evolve • Clinically thoughtful, responsive, and patient-centered • Able to support patients through virtual visits, secure messaging, care planning, labs, prescriptions, and referrals when appropriate Growth Opportunity This is an opportunity to join Luminum Health early and help shape the clinical experience, patient education model, care pathways, and future programs.
