W2 POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Oncology RN with a strong background in electronic medical record (EMR) abstraction to join our research and data abstraction team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting deadlines with precision. This role focuses on accurately abstracting oncology patient data from EMRs into electronic data capture (EDC) tools to support research and analysis efforts.

Accurately abstract oncology-related patient data from EMRs into an EDC tool. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all patient confidentiality requirements. Perform quality and accuracy checks as requested in a timely manner. Navigate EHR databases efficiently to locate the required clinical information. Collaborate with research and clinical teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Utilize Microsoft Teams and MS Office Suite for communication, reporting, and documentation.
