PER DIEM HOME HEALTH CLINICAL- OASIS & CODING CERTIFIED

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PER DIEM HOME HEALTH CLINICAL - OASIS & CODING CERTIFIED professional to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately completing Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments, ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations, and providing precise clinical documentation. Your expertise in medical coding and documentation will directly impact the quality of patient care and reimbursement processes. Conduct comprehensive OASIS assessments for home health patients, ensuring all data is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards Review and analyze clinical documentation to assign appropriate ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT codes, and DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) classifications for billing purposes Ensure proper documentation of medical records, including medical terminology and coding details, to support accurate reimbursement Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to gather necessary patient information and update records accordingly Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems efficiently to document assessments, coding, and billing information Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare guidelines, coding updates, and compliance requirements related to home health services Assist in resolving medical billing and collection issues related to coding discrepancies or documentation gaps
