Job description

Location: Toledo, OH (Fully Remote) Schedule: Per Diem, 4–8 hours/month (consistent weekly slot — Thursdays, 9–10 AM preferred) Compensation: $85–$100/hour Employment Type: 1099 Contractor About the Role A Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic in the Toledo, Ohio area is seeking a compassionate and culturally aware Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant to provide telehealth services on a per diem/contract basis to incarcerated individuals. This is a low-commitment, high-impact opportunity — just 4 to 8 hours per month — making it an ideal fit for a clinician looking to expand their practice or contribute to addiction recovery care without taking on a full caseload. You'll be working with a diverse adult patient population (ages 18–60), both men and women, from a range of backgrounds including rural communities. The clinic's preferred time slot is Thursday mornings from 9–10 AM, and they will do their best to work with the right candidate's availability. The key requirement is consistency — the same day and time each week so the clinic can reliably schedule around you. With only 4–8 hours needed per month, this role fits naturally alongside an existing practice.
