Job description

Job Description: • Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring effectiveness and potential side effects • Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance use conditions • Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within partner-site electronic health record systems • Deliver care through telehealth while building trusted relationships with patients and care teams • Contribute to evolving behavioral health programs • Practice with meaningful clinical autonomy alongside behavioral health providers, primary care teams, and operational partners Requirements: • Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license, Texas required • Active DEA registration • At least three years of clinical experience, preferably in community-based behavioral health • Experience providing psychiatric medication management • Ability to independently manage complex cases using strong clinical judgment • Commitment to full-time practice • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills • Comfort using telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools Benefits: • $127,500–$130,000 base salary, plus quarterly incentive compensation • No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with employer match • 20 PTO days and 9 paid holidays • Paid parental leave • $1,800 annual mental health stipend • Up to $5,000 in fertility and family-planning support • 2 paid continuing-education days and up to $500 in annual CEU reimbursement • Professional liability insurance provided at no cost • Licensing fees covered for states where you are assigned to practice • Dedicated licensing, credentialing, operational, and technology support • $150 annual technology stipend • $2,500 employee referral bonus • Life insurance • Short- and long-term disability coverage • Optional hospital, critical illness, accident, identity theft monitoring, and pet insurance plans • Paid leave for bereavement and jury duty • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan
