For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 32 - 54 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. Provide skilled infusion therapy and nursing care, ensuring safe, accurate, and patient-centered treatment. Perform patient assessments, monitor clinical status, and communicate changes promptly to providers and supervisors. Complete all required patient care documentation accurately and on time. Maintain confidentiality and follow all clinical and organizational policies. Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and patient care conferences to support continuous learning. Serve as a clinical resource and assist with onboarding and supporting fellow nursing and center staff. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong follow-through in all assigned tasks. Support center growth by collaborating with sales and marketing teams when educational involvement is needed. Prioritize personal safety and follow all precautions when handling hazardous medications, blood, or body fluids. Maintain licensure, certifications, and clinical competencies.
