Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This position requires an active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Candidates who do not currently hold licensure in all three states will not be considered. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, preventative care, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role involves conducting medical evaluations, determining treatment eligibility, authorizing treatments, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical evaluations. • Review health histories, medications, allergies, and contraindications. • Determine patient eligibility for IV hydration therapies, vitamin injections, and wellness services. • Develop individualized treatment recommendations based on patient needs and medical appropriateness. • Prescribe and authorize treatments in accordance with state regulations and company protocols. • Provide patient education regarding treatments, expected outcomes, and potential risks. • Ensure compliance with all applicable state medical board regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with registered nurses and clinical staff to maintain quality patient care. • Review incident reports and address clinical concerns when necessary. • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR. • Participate in protocol development and continuous quality improvement initiatives. • Support staff training and clinical competency development. • Maintain current knowledge of wellness, hydration, and preventative medicine practices. Required Qualifications • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licenses in Georgia, Tennessee, and Louisiana are required. • Current DEA registration (if applicable to state requirements). • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and patient education abilities. • Experience in wellness, primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or IV hydration is preferred. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
