This is a full-time Registered Nurse role, located on-site in Pueblo, CO. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role also involves educating patients and families on health management and care instructions.
