AI training is the human work behind artificial intelligence: experts read what a model produces, decide whether it is right, and write the feedback that makes the next version better. AI systems learn from examples reviewed by clinical experts, so the teams building them need Registered Nurses who know bedside care, inpatient workflows and documentation standards, and who can see where an AI-generated clinical response is unsafe, unclear or incomplete. This is part-time contract work done remotely on a flexible schedule.
