Registered Nurse (Remote)

Waystone is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is active and in good standing in the State of Minnesota and interested in growing with a developing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a nurse who wants to gain hands-on experience beyond traditional bedside work and help shape clinical systems, assessments, and support plans as part of a growing team. We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, adaptable, and excited to build their skills while contributing to high-quality, patient-centered care. Conduct nursing assessments and assist with developing individualized support and care plans Perform standard Registered Nurse duties in accordance with scope of practice Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using EMR/EHR systems Support creation and maintenance of assessments, protocols, and care workflows Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary team members Follow all HIPAA, infection control, and regulatory requirements Participate in training and onboarding once credentialing is complete
