Registered Nurse (RN)

Position: Remote Registered Nurse (Multi-State Oversight – FL, IN, VA) Company: K&R Glowing Pride Residential Services Location: Remote / Hybrid (with occasional site visits) Start Date: Immediate Overview K&R Glowing Pride Residential Services is seeking a Remote Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight across our expanding Home Health and Medicaid Waiver programs in Florida, Indiana, and Virginia. The RN will serve as the remote Clinical Oversight Nurse, ensuring compliance with FSSA, AHCA, BDDS, and OMPP regulatory standards, while supporting field-based RNs and LPNs. This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of care, documentation accuracy, and program integrity across all active service locations.

Provide remote clinical oversight of nursing staff across multi-state operations (FL, IN, VA). Review and approve all care documentation, treatment notes, and skilled nursing logs for accuracy and compliance. Conduct routine virtual chart audits to ensure adherence to state Medicaid, FSSA, and AHCA standards. Serve as a liaison between field nurses, case managers, and administrative leadership to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Ensure that all LPNs and RNs follow approved clinical protocols and meet home health compliance standards. Participate in periodic state audits and assist in corrective action responses and self-disclosure reviews. Support staff with ongoing clinical education, policy updates, and compliance reminders. Maintain HIPAA, infection control, and safety compliance at all times. Monitor and verify patient data, treatment outcomes, and incident follow-ups remotely.
