Dual-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/FNP) – Remote Location: California (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099) Schedule: 7-On / 7-Off Salary: 160k-180k Available Shifts: Day & Night (6am-6pm), (6pm-6am) About PsychPlus At PsychPlus, our mission is to increase access to high-quality mental health care by integrating technology to improve patient outcomes. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Dual-Certified PMHNP/FNP to join our growing behavioral health team. This is a remote position supporting patients across multiple states while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management. • Provide ongoing psychiatric care through telehealth. • Utilize your FNP background to support integrated behavioral and medical care when appropriate. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care coordinators to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. • Participate in occasional travel as required for clinical meetings, onboarding, or operational needs. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, and number of licenses you hold. Required Qualifications • Dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). • Must reside in California. • Active California NP license. • Additional active licenses in Texas and Florida are a plus. • Willing to obtain additional state licenses. • Comfortable with occasional travel. • Minimum 1 year of PMHNP experience preferred. • Strong telehealth, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
