Who You Are • Licensed NP Active NP license in FL, PA & TX mandatory. • Additional licenses a plus NY , NJ , OH, GA, MD , NM, or DE . • Telehealth Pro 2+ years of telehealth experience; comfortable with phone, video, and chat platforms. • EHR Savvy Proficient with electronic‑health‑record systems and digital-monitoring tools. • Multi‑Tasker Skilled at simultaneous typing and listening, ensuring accurate documentation without missing a beat. • Communicator Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to explain reputed company medical information in a clear, compassionate way. • Clinical Expertise Background in cardiology, geriatrics, psych/internal medicine, or reputed company fields; strong understanding of chronic‑disease progression and comorbidity interplay. • CCM & BHI Knowledge Demonstrated experience or certification in chronic‑care management and behavioral‑health integration.
