Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations for wellness, chronic care, and acute conditions
Perform patient assessments, prescribe when appropriate, and manage follow-ups
Document visits and communicate with patients using telehealth platforms and EMRs
Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative support teams

Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state preferred)
FNP, AGNP, WHNP (and related certifications considered, depending on role)
Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach to care
Comfort using telehealth platforms and EMRs (training provided)
