As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Remote Nurse Recruiter (RN) to help build our team of highly skilled healthcare professionals.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct initial-phase interviews for prospective nurses and ensure we are hiring compassionate, skilled, and dedicated team members. Must be a licensed RN with experience in IV therapy, infusion services, or related fields. Strong communication skills and the ability to assess candidates effectively. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Compassionate and patient-focused mindset, ensuring candidates align with our values. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. Previous experience in recruitment, interviewing, or hiring is a plus but not required.
Conduct initial interviews with nurse candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Evaluate candidates’ clinical expertise, communication skills, and bedside manner. Collaborate with the hiring team to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. Provide a compassionate and professional candidate experience, representing the values of IVDrips. Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring they are aligned with company policies and expectations. Maintain organized documentation of interviews and recruitment progress. Work closely with leadership to continuously improve the hiring process.
