CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Program Integrity Auditor (RN) for our Fortune100 healthcare client. Location: Remote (must reside in Massachusetts) Pay: $40-55/hour based on experience, certifications, and education Hours: Monday – Friday, standard business hours Status: Long-term Consultant: Starting off as a consultant/contractor there is always potential for long term / conversion for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a contractor due to being a Fortune 100 company. Job Summary We are seeking an Program Integrity Auditor (RN) to join our client’s Program Integrity team program. This role conducts both onsite and desk audits of MALTSS providers, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and contractual requirements. The Auditor will review claims and coding, prepare audit findings, and present results to stakeholders. While an RN license is preferred, strong claims, compliance, and auditing experience will also be considered.
Minimum Requirements: Verifiable Associate’s degree or higher 3–5 years of experience in claims, compliance, or coding review RN license in Massachusetts (active and in good standing) Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Large corporation experience and Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience Program Integrity audit experience MMQ/MDS experience Background in healthcare compliance within LTSS or similar programs
Conduct audits of providers in accordance with established SLAs and guidelines. Review claims, coding, and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Prepare and present audit findings to leadership, providers, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate and organized audit records and documentation. Travel locally to provider locations for scheduled audits. Use MS Office applications to prepare reports, track audit progress, and maintain records. Collaborate with other auditors, team leads, and management to ensure audit quality and consistency.
