OpenLoop is hiring experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our virtual care team. In this telehealth nursing position, you’ll deliver quality clinical care via video, phone, chat, and asynchronous messaging. You will be a key member of a collaborative care team, providing patient support through outbound follow-ups, lab result communication, and inbound triage. Conduct outbound calls to patients recently discharged from hospitals Communicate patient lab results with accuracy and professionalism Manage inbound clinical calls from patients with questions or concerns Support medication administration, side effect management, and care plans Deliver empathetic, high-quality patient experiences Accurately document all interactions in the EHR and ticketing system Collaborate with providers and clinical team members to resolve issues Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development Meet established productivity and quality standards
