Our home care client is seeking a Remote Home Care Registered Nurse Clinical Assessor with a Multistate Compact License to complete virtual client assessments and supervisory visits for our Medicaid/VA Home Care Program. This position is ideal for nurses with home health, hospice, case management, or personal care experience who enjoy conducting assessments and developing care plans - on a flexible schedule. What You'll Do • Complete virtual nursing assessments • Conduct telephonic and video supervisory visits • Develop and update client care plans • Complete reassessments • Maintain accurate documentation • Communicate with caregivers regarding client needs • Ensure assessments meet Medicaid requirements Qualifications ✔ Active U.S. RN License ✔ Active Multistate Compact License (Required) ✔ Minimum 3 years RN experience ✔ Home Health, Hospice, Case Management or Personal Care experience preferred ✔ Excellent documentation skills ✔ Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace ✔ Reliable internet connection and professional home office What We're Looking For Someone who is: • Compassionate • Organized • Reliable • Detail-oriented • Professional on camera • Comfortable speaking with elderly clients and families Compensation Compensation is based on completed assessments and supervisory visits.
