Remote RN Phone Triage

Remote RN Phone Triage – Overnight (Adult & Pediatric) We are seeking an experienced Remote Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight phone triage services (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) for medical practices caring for both adult and pediatric patients. This role requires every other weekend and holiday coverage and strong independent clinical judgment in an after-hours setting.

Responsibilities include: telephone-based clinical assessments, patient education, triage decision-making, appropriate escalation, and accurate documentation. This is a fully remote opportunity for nurses who excel in phone-based care delivery across the lifespan.
