Job Description: Part-Time Telehealth Nurse (Tennessee) Empowering Patient Care Through Virtual Nursing Support Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Part-Time Telehealth Nurse, serving patients throughout Tennessee. In this role, you will provide remote nursing care, patient education, and health coaching via secure telehealth platforms. You will play a critical role in supporting patient wellness, chronic disease management, and acute care triage, all from the comfort of your home.

Conduct virtual patient assessments in a school environment, and follow-up consultations using telephone and video conferencing technologies. Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive health practices. Review patient histories, symptoms, and concerns to develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and other care team members. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Monitor patient progress and respond to questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and state regulations. Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
