Remote Weekend RN Afternoon Shift

Cortex is driven to assist healthcare providers in their mission to care for patients. Founded in 2015 by Riley Adamson, we were originally known for making follow-up calls to patients after discharge from the hospital. Since that time we have become a full-featured software platform for healthcare providers, sitting alongside the EHR to generate opportunities for positive healthcare outcomes.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working afternoon shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1p-7pm EST weekly. This role requires a compact RN license in the state of residency, along with licensure in non-compact states (NY, IL, HA, CA, MI, MA, CT, OR, MN). Candidate must have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, remotely.

Accurately assess, record, and escalate patient concerns according to established guidelines. Provide high-quality patient care through remote patient monitoring, ensuring all protocols, workflows, and documentation standards are followed consistently. Maintain timely and thorough communication with patients, providers, and care team members.
